DD was a late developer and still insists on night nappies, partly I'm sure because ds is still in nappies.
Anyhow... ds atm seems to hate having a new nappy put on after cleaning him. This morning he ran off and I thought a well the carpet is going to get a 'watering' but his bum needs a bit of fresh air. Quickly went into the kitchen to dispose of stinky nappy and came back to living room to find ds sitting on the potty which he'd brought into the living room, watching Dora the Explorer 
o.k. he hadn't shimmied back far enough so his efforts did end up on the carpet but it's the thought that counts right? Also he seemed very fascinated with his willy trying to get it inside the potty - not cottoning on the the fact that he would have had to move his whole bum to actually have room
So do you think he might be ready for potty training? :)
