hes late back what do i do??

Lookinfg after my half bro this week and last and he is late back tonight, left his mobile here as its flat anyway. went withoit any tea (i have saved him some) so we were having words anyway. What do i do when he gets in? hes 11 and i am used to a 3 yo and a 1yo!

Is he being difficult, or just 11 y.o. boy thoughtless? How long are you looking after him for? Is he allowed to do this normally? Sorry - all questions, but maybe the answers will suggest how you might deal with him.

sorry for panic. hes been good generally while he has been here. turns out some wanker broke his bike (and it really is wrecked too)
