How often do you peek in on DCs when they are asleep and at what age do you stop?

Just wondered what others do.

I check on the dc's when I go to bed, they are 6 and 9.

Ds is 3 and we lift him for the toilet when we go to bed. So that's my peeping in!

Ds1 is 5y and sleeps with his door open so I don't need to Grin
Ds2 is 18m and I ninja in his room once or twice before I GI to bed, he is a really light sleeper.
Ds3 is 7m and in our room and I peek in in him about 3 times before I go to bed.
