She does it when she's tired but doesn't seem tk be in any pain from it. I put mittons on her whilst she's in her cote so she doesn't do it when I can't see.
Does anyone no why she does it or how I can stop this.

Thanks

Hi
Does she pull hair when she's tired? If so, if you look for other sleep cues, you might get her to sleep before she starts the grabbing hair.
My dd does similar but stratches her head, i'm sure its not itchy, its just when shes unsettled or tired.
Funny little things!

My dd2 used to do this. Although, it was a cue to o to sleep, as I'd feed her, and shed want to sleep, like always was asleep.

She'll grow out of it. My dd is 21 mo now, and doesn't do it anymore. Her cue is to suck her thumb.

My baby does this but it's just tiredness as far as I can see. I'd remove the mittens overnight personally in case she wants to suck her thumb?
