Is that too late? Still sleeping now....she's been unwell with a virus recently and sleep has been disturbed so thought it wouldn't be too bad to let her sleep later in the afternoon.

Her bedtime is 7pm....shall I wake her at 5pm or let her sleep a bit later?

What happened, Pumpkin? Did you wake her?

I always feel it's best to let them sleep when they're poorly/recuperating...did she go to bed ok?

A difficult one OP. If either of mine slept past 2pm at that age, they wouldn't go to sleep at 7. However, she's ill and under those circumstances I would be tempted just to leave her.

What did you end up doing?

My son slept 12-3 yesterday and didn't go to bed until 8.15 and normally goes at 7 but he's been ill so just let him sleep.

I didn't wake her in the end, she woke up 45 mins later grisly.
