how old is she?

didn't think you were supposed to take them til they'd had all their jabs?

she's 15 weeks. that was the advise i had with ds 3 yrs ago, but HV this time said it's ok. they reckon that so long as it's warm enough it's ok. I'm wondering whether nappy manufacturers haven't caught on to the fact that babies can now go swimming younger = smaller

I searched high and low for some smaller ones but huggies were the only ones I could find

Good Luck

What about one of these. I use one over the swim nappy. Ds is ~15lbs and is just in a medium size. It keeps the swim nappy nicely in place.

I took dd swimming at 7 weeks, after her 6 week check and we've been most weeks since. I used a Jojomamanbebe swim bubble nappy. these are quite expensive but as they're reuseable if you go swimming alot they work out cheaper in the long run. they fitted her fine, I can't remeber how much she weighed at 7 weeks but she was only 6lb10 at birth so was pretty dinky. Kooshies make them too, she's got one of these now. You can get them on e-bay too.
