Big disposable swim nappies, do they exists?

I have a son with additional needs and still requires swim nappies, he still fits into Huggies swimmers size 6 but not sure for how long. Does anyone know if you can get any larger ones that this? Have heard about nappy liners for reusable swimmers but would prefer the disposable for holidays and ease of use when soiled. Anyone have any ideas?
