NSQW Social Work interview!Any help appreciated!!!

I am a NSQW social worker and I have a couple of interviews within the local authority children services in the next several weeks.The interview structure is a written assessment and a formal interview.Has anyone recently had an interview in the children's sector???What type of questions are asked?? What is the written assessment like?What topics are covered??
I know ECM ,Working together to safeguard children,DOH Framework is important guidance.Is applying theories to practice important??

Please help!!!Any tips are appreciated!

Hi congratualtions on passing the course and getting an interview. Ive no advice for you as I am just about to attend an interview for the Ba in Social work. Can I ask if you enjoyed the course. How much time at home did you dedicate for the assignments ?
