On Mother's Day is mother to a 3 month old only entitled to a quarter if the benefits or is this still considered probation?

Dunno, dp gave me a card from (3mo) ds, but that's all i expected anyway Confused

I get breakfast in bed every day because a) I'm breastfeeding and can't get my own and b) he goes down for his tablets anyway. I should hope I'll get brekkie in bed on mothering sunday/birthday every year though!

I think as a mother of a 3month old he should be making your life easier every day Smile

Another rat fan here, they are lovely. Smile

No, as the mother of three month old you are entitled to the full works, plus an additional first year bonus due to the 9 months pregnancy period and 200% extra if the baby is not a good sleeper and wakes more than once a night.

Ditto! Rats are great but would probably be quite the surprise now!

No, 1 month probation, 2 months accrued benefits. Including tangible goodwill rewards for 9m prep work.
