HELP HELP ...I need help finding something

Please help I have to finish this assignment tonight.
I am trying to find out when surestart started. Their website doesnt tell me, I have found some info but not sure if its reliable.

So if anyone has a few minutes, can you tell me if you think its 1999 too?

fro their site I think it's 1999. Maybe you could just quote this bit "The first Sure Start local programmes were set up in 1999; as the result of the 1998 Comprehensive Spending Review" to cover you

Can you wait to print it until tomorrow, and give them a ring first thing, then you can just put the date in once you've found out?
