Teething rash?

My six month old is teething (he already has two teeth) but he has recently developed small bumpy red spots on his cheeks and chin. Presumably from the amount of saliva he is dribbling out of his mouth. was just wondering if this sounds normal and is there anything i can put on his face to help get rid or will they just go once his teeth come thru?

It is normal. I would try vaseline or similar on their chin as the dribble can irritate the skin.

It will go once the teeth are through.

Yes, sounds like dribble rash. I used to use Sudocrem on DD.
