I cant find anything that fits as good as Mothercare Smart Nappies

DD has grown out of the small size I have and I cant get the next size up without paying an arm and a leg on ebay. Are there any similar?

For DS I used Bumbles, I also have a few Bambinex but I find both look really bulky and uncomfortable on DD. I've also tried a Lollipop one size which was enormous around the legs and leaked.

She is 12lb and tall and skinny.

You could try flip covers. Personally, if bulkiness bothers you, then I'd look at the Itti Bitti D'Lish as they're really snug and trim yet very absorbent
