Feeding advice for 9month old

My 9month old took her milk fine using vari flow teats. However in the last few weeks or so the milk goes everywhere. She is gradually moving to solids so don't use milk at all mealtimes. Though as she doesn't take many fluids- despite my efforts- I sometimes supplement with her milk feeds. I switched from size 1 teats to vari flow as the milk wasn't coming fast enough. Do I need to change th teats again- what size would be best? There are so many different style teats I find it overwhelming. Thanks mums x

I'd ditch the bottles and start with a cup - at 9 months she's plenty old enough to be having milk or water from a sippy cup or even an open cup.
