What have you tried so far? Does if not work at all or only works for a while?

I'd say you need a second medical opinion.

Yes second opinion would be useful.

Is the cons a specialist in continence issues, or a general paed? Ask your GP for a Continence clinic referral.

Hi if you need any help and advice about this ring PromoCon we are a national charity with a team of clinicians on 0161 607 8219. Also, either get in touch with school nurse or the Paediatric Continence Advisor in your area who may have a enuresis alarm for you to try on the bed.

Definitely second opinion. Look around and specify who you want to be referred to, even if that means travelling the country. Find the best. Your poor twins, and poor you!

Have tried everything. Alarms, medication, needle therapy to activate nerves in bladder. The consultant is the expert in this for our area and the continence nurse is the most un empathetic person you could ever meet. Feel like we are losing hope of ever changing things. Keen to try anything alternative .
