Another thread girls, can't believe we're here already!

Oh and ment to say, I rang sky yesterday, just to enquire if I was on the best package for us, see if they could reduce the bill anyhow, and got movies half price for 3 months, just for asking. Only £16 a month saving, but better in my pocket than theirs!

They didn't have any thermostats or anything liz, at least yours is controlled.
They just had it on or off, didn't have it on low either, had windows open if it was too hot in the rooms they were in, just no common sense!

Our neighbours was right next to their house, I don't think it was attached though. I think rob was going to see if they could attach ours like an air con unit to the top wall outside so it wasn't in the way. I'm not sure of the rules and stuff though.

Just been to cinema to watch the croods, was very funny. Going to meet mum and dad in town in a min, then got the in laws here for dinner tomorrow so need to get some veggies and stuff in town.

Just had bloods back for thrombophillia I had on Monday and all clear. Fecking stumped!!
Not had referral appointment yet.
Have got bloods next Tuesday for pregesterone levels. So annoyed, I'm ovulating and it just seems such a waste :(

I've not had much time to come on, these bloody kids are driving my crazy. Violets use been in such a mischevious mood just lately, not listening, not doing anything I say. Putting her fingers everywhere. Just being bloody annoying.

Hi girlies!

Sorry I never comment, these kids are tiring me out lol. Nick went back to work on Monday so it has been 2 kids Vs me. By the time nick gets home I'm shattered. It's constant playing, bfing, changing nappies and stoping Lucy from crying.
Lucy's sleep is great at the moment. Last night she slept 11:30pm till 6:35am then had a quick feed then back to sleep till 9:00am! She usually wakes once for a feed about 4:45 but last night obviously wanted to sleep through
Joshua is still sleeping through too but sometimes whinges in his sleep and wakes me.

Nursery said today that Joshua talks about Lucy all day. Sooo cute!

Oh choccy I'm sure it will happen really soon for you. And at least the docs are doing all these tests to make sure everything is ok. Have they given you anything to take to help the eggy stick?

Oh heck about Violet not listening 'Liz'! Sounds like she's trying to test your patience. Joshua gets like that some days and I have to use the naughty chair loads when he's like that. Sometimes just threatening him with it works tho.
How's the potty training going?

She's not had an accident for weeks, about 6 weeks at nursery, she's been doing really well. Then Sunday she peed on soccer sports floor, it's surprising how many staff disappear when they see a puddle of wee on the floor! Then today 3 accidents!! The first two were just as she got to the potty, she couldn't hold it any longer, the third one was after her bath, running about naked nd just squatted on the floor!!! I was so exasperated with her a gave her a slap on the legs. I haven't told her off about it before. I just say things like oh never mind, doesn't matter, ?ou know, try not to make an issue out of it. But I was so bloody pissed off today.

I can't believe how good Lucy is!! At her age, violet was still waking every 2 hours!!

I know, Joshua was every 2 hours too and never went to bed till about 2am! My boobs were ready to explode this morning tho haha. She does feed every hour from about 6pm tho and cries on until 11:30pm.

Is she dry at night or is she in a pull up just in case? I bet it's irritating after she has done so well for so long then all of a sudden has accidents.

Oh Liz no! Violet was doing so well too!! I bet she's just having a little relapse and she'll be fine again soon. I bet the slap helped!! I don't blame you though, it just gets too much sometimes when you think they're doing something just to be lazy or naughty.

Iwish, how good is Lucy!! Do you keep her with you until after 11 or is she in bed and you keep going to her? Bet she's changing so much already!

Liz, it feels a waste this month as they've told us not to try :(. I just feel I could've caught this month and I've lost out. At the same time it might mean I did catch and lost it and next month my body will be ready again and that one will work. It's so saddening, I just want it so bad and I never ever thought this would happen. The gap is just getting bigger and bigger and I'm scared it'll be too big :(
On the other hand, it's making me appreciate Euan so much more . He's so spoilt!

Had a couple of early mornings again the last few days, 5.45 yesterday, that was a killer but better again this morning.

Got my appointment through for 24th feb. Thank god for that! I thought I was going to have to wait another month, thankfully it's just before the crucial time!

She stays with us at the moment. Shes downstairs then we all go up at 10pm and watch tv till she finally has a feed and goes to sleep.
She is changing loads, I can feel shes getting heavier and shes getting a chubby face too.

You will have a fab age gap, hopefully you will have euan potty trained already so you wont have 2 in nappies (im up to my eyes in nappies lol).

Whats the weather doing eith you? Nothing but bloody rain here, stopped this afternoon, but awful again now, the river at the end of the garden is up quite high. Grounds all saturated.

Violets been really bad with her chest since Thursday. Thursday night she was up most of the night. Very nearly took her to hospital but decided to carry on with inhalers. I out he steamer on in her room before she went to bed but she asked me what that noise was, I said its the steamer, she said turn Steven off mummy is scares me!! Bless her little socks!
She's a lot better today, she was only up once last night and gone off ok tonight.

We was in asda yesterday, she was walking behind me, we passed a woman holding a newish baby, when all of a sunpdden she ran off, the woman had dropped a sock off the baby and shed seen and picked it up and give it to the woman! I wouldn't have expected her to have the sense to do that!

I mean she ran down the aisle after the woman, not that we was just stood by her

All good here. Euan sleeping lovely again (7.20am) which to us is a lovely lie in. We had to wake him at 7.30 yesterday for nursery!! Would have loved to have seen how long he would've gone.

I've been waking at random times in the early hours though around 3/4am and not being able to go off for an hour and a half or so. So bloody annoying!
Had progesterone test on Tuesday, no results back that I've been told yet.

Everything else great. Been swimming with Euey this afternoon with a friends 8 year old son too. The boys were watching the rugby so it was just us 3. Was great as Euey was playing with him on the floaty board things in the pool. Didn't get out til 5.30, in since 4!
Euey NEARLY swam unaided. He jumped in without his back float and came back up to the surface, just couldn't get his face out of the water, but he nearly did it, so proud

Had a lazy day today, didn't get dressed til 12.30! Between nursery and him being at the parents twice this week, we've not had a chance to be lazy.

Tomorrow his friend from nursery and him (single) mum are coming over for a play date and some Sunday lunch, so that'll be nice.

Have lost 5lbs this week I was slightly overweight (11lbs) and scared it's having an effect on conceiving, so I've just cut out snacking and crap. Have been eating a normal amount and not starving myself, so I got the shock of my life when I stepped on the scales this morning and 5lbs off!! I'm now 1st 1lb heavier than when I conceived Euey so just want another 8 off really and I'll be happy.

Anyway, have a curry (lol) on the way so ttfn xx

Oh My god choccy, Euan sounds bloody brilliant at swimming!! You are so brave for letting him go like that. Them swimming lessons must be doing him so much good. I wish I could take violet. All the lesson type things are on dys when I'm at work, and really, I wouldn't want to take her in this weather, the risk on getting a bad chest is just too high!! Although we do go loads in nicer weather, she doesn't do nothing near swimming, more like floundering!!

Well done on the weight loss, I'm sure it would be absolutely nothing to do with anything reproductive. Look at the huge woman who have loads, but if it makes you feel good, then go for it. I am struggling with my weight loss! I've lost 5 lb in a year!! Honestly, it's took me a whole year to do that. I'm still going to slimming world, and am pleased of myself for sticking with it cos it does work when you stick to it, I'm just abit too flexible sometimes!!

We're off to alicante a week on Monday, can't bloody wait to get away from this wet westher

Maybe your body is meant to be the weight it is liz? When I was dieting for our wedding I literally got to a certain weight and couldn't for the life of me shift another single pound!

So jealous of your holiday. We've been looking again, this weather is so shit, and I am absolutely full of cold. Haven't slept properly for 2 nights as I can't bloody breathe! My nose is totally and utterly blocked. I've out it down to lack of sun as this is the second time in a matter of a couple of weeks now!

Thing is every time we look we keep saying we want to get this done and that done in the house etc. seriously need to book something for robs 40th birthday in May though, just not sure what. Now obviously we've got Euan, we don't think it's worth going to fancy places in Asia like we could before. First of all the time difference would be awful for him, second of all we wouldn't get full use of everything, thirdly he wouldn't have a clue lol and lastly they charge as much for him as us!
I'd rather go to a nice family hotel a lot nearer with my boys now . Funny how you change isn't it!

Got the cellar being shot blasted tomorrow, can't wait! Dreading the mess though!
Went to see some chesterfield sofas on Thursday for down there (old, used ones) and they were bloody awful. They wanted just as much for them as the new ones! Obviously they're probably better made, but seriously they were shocking condition! Problem is if we now buy new we've got to wait weeks!
Rob bought a bar in Bristol the other week, and last night he won on eBay a display cabinet that matches the bar.........and it's in bloody Bristol!! Ffs! So going on Thursday, this time with Euan though as we couldn't get him in with the bar last time! If it's dry will nip to Weston super mare I think

So proud of my boy tonight!!! He swam 1.5m UNAIDED on the surface, face in the water. AND he dove for the stick on the pool floor (1m deep, me holding him) and got it! . He's got his next swimming badge too. Happy mummy!!

I know what ?ou mean about the hols, we've never been ones for going too far, turkey is about as far as we went for sun. I've been to new York 3 times and Washington, but not as a family. But I totally agree, with kids I prefer to go closer to home.
