Bored! Got examined at 3:30 ish and was 2cm so they gave me pessary. Still no pains tho x

So here's how it all happened....

Omg induction was shitty!

Was told to go in at 2pm on Sunday so off we went. I was examined and told I was 2cm. They inserted the pessary at about 3:30 and was told they will reassess in 6 hours. Was finally examined at about 3:00am Sunday and they said still 2cm so inserted another pessary. Checked again at about 12:30am and still 2cm but stretching to 3cm so gave a 3rd pessary.

Started getting contractions every 2 minutes from about 4:30am which were friggin horrible! I couldn't take anymore so had a shot of diamorphine.

At about 11:30pm Sunday night I was re examined and was 4-5cm. Was gutted by this but they said I could now go to labour ward. Got to labour ward eventually at 12:20 ish and my body just started pushing! I was examined and had gone to 10cm in an hour!!
Pushed her out on just gas and air but got a 3rd degree tear again so had to go to theatre to have stitches.

Omg Iwish!! She really did not want to come out did she!!! And a tear too ouchy!!

It's all over now though my lovely and she's here and us absolutely blummin gorgeous!!! And not as big as I thought she was going to be but a good size . What was Joshua?

So, one has been born, another one may have been made Just tested and again I have a very faint line. Wasn't going to test til Saturday as only 9dpo I think (I had 5 days of positive opks!! I only usually have 24 hours!)

And see, she wasn't Huge at all was she!

Massive well done, I bet you was shocked about going to fully dilated in a hour! Are you sore? I didn't tear so don't know what that's like.
What was the hospital like? Nice midwife?

No she wasn't big at all. Joshua was 7lb 4oz at 37w 6days so she was only 3oz heavier but 3 week later than him.

Urgh liz the tear isn't nice. Was so scared of going for a wee yesterday!

Hospital is nice and the midwives are lovely. Hope we can go home today tho.

Omg I'm like a zombie! Last night I got about 30 minutes sleep! I'm still in hospital and the lack of sleep is killing me.

Yes tested again yesterday still very v v v v v faint. Don't want to test til Saturday now.

Have you got a water bottle with you for wee? I used to fill one (like from a bicycle) and squirt it on my tear when I was weeing as it diluted it down and didn't sting (esp if it was very cold!!)
