That baby girl sounds like she's very snug in there iwish! I think once your due date is here then it's time for her to be evicted lol!
The dd they give you should be the latest I reckon because potentially you could have another couple of very looooooong weeks which is just cruel!

Re pressies, I got loads of jumpers which I wanted, chocolate, smellies etc. We weren't going to do pressies this year as need to do the house and want to go away on hol soon, but I bought rob loads of posh glasses, measurers, and booze for his cellar bar, and jumper, shirt, mug off Euan (which I get him every year lol) etc
And he got me a jumpers, slippers, elec toothbrush, choc, and my fab new kenwood chef .
Have ordered the grinder for it so I can make sausages too . That'll be fun with the skins etc, we've never used condoms so god knows HTH I can do that ha ha!!
He bought me a onesie and it is going back! I do not do onesies lol! He was having his hair cut and had no idea what to get me and he said the girls said to get me one.......er no!

Oooo keep forgetting to say, Euan has been sleeping FAB! Yes, he's getting up early still (5.45-6.30) but he goes to bed smack on 7, story, gives me a kiss and says bye mummy and that's it! We take it in turns getting up with him, it was actually robs turn this morning but he said I think it'll be better tomorrow as you'll need to be up past 10, cheeky git!
Euan is going to my parents again and we've got some friends coming over and going into town (because we can now and it's literally a 1 min walk to the best pub to have NYE in in this town!!)

What are you both doing?

We're going to a friends who has a house party every year. The whole family goes nd they have around 20 kids between them, plus my 2. We went last year and I drove home, which I wasn't best pleased about, I'm not a big drinker but would have been nice to have a couple with friends, so this year we are parking the caravan in their drive and staying!! We're all bringing different food and drink so should be good, plus all the kids can play together and generally have s nice time as a family.

That mixer does look good, although the sausages sounds like a load of faff. Do you have to buy the skin? where would you gt that from?

I'm making a choc peanut cheesecake tonight for tomorrow eve.

I hope you both have good nights and see in the new year peacefully. If I don't get on tomorrow, I will check in next year!!!

Ours was good, violet and lulu both went to bed around 12.30, even after violet not having a sleep in the day, both still didn't go straight to sleep! Then violet was awake just after 8am. Kept her awake all new year day and by 6 she was knackered so put her to bed. She must have thought it was nap time cos come 9pm when I wanted to go to bed, she woke up and thought it was time to start all over again! Finally went back to sleep about 11.30.

Back to work today, feels like a Monday!

Been for my BP monitoring etc again today. Had a sweep (also had one on Tuesday which wasn't successful) and if I don't go into labour by Sunday I'm being induced!!

Not told anyone tho apart from mum as she's having Joshua so shhhhhh xxx

Liz, had some friends over for nye and went to the local pub. They have quizzes and bingo and games on all night to pass the time, was good. I think we left about 12:10!

Friends meant to be here for 5 to eat for 5.30, out by 7, turned up at 5 fecking 45 so not a great start. They live 25 mins away so they wouldn't have left til 5.20!!! Was so pissed off when they arrived.
Then the next day I had to wake them at 11.30!!! Wtf?? I know we were up late but when you know the host is up you don't stay in bed til 11.30!! Especially as they knew I wanted to go get Euan ASAP!!
Anyway, rob got a call about 12 by as house that had no hot water so he had to rush off and they left about 12.45, then my parents came for dinner about 2 and stayed for the day. Missed our little man. I seem to miss him more now when he goes away for the night, more than when he was littler, which sounds odd.

Have you made any resolutions? Mine is to not shout and get pissed off so much and be stressy. I especially don't want to tell Euan off so much and have more time with him

Iwish yes the weight thing is just a guess. They thought Euan was going to be around 6lb as I was so small, he was 8/13!!!

I've got to ring them at 8am Sunday morning to make sure they have a bed for me then I can go in! I really hope I can go in strait away and get it all started.
I'm hoping she's not too huge lol. The scan showed she was about 6lb 7oz 2 weeks ago but again they aren't accurate so it'll be a surprise haha.

Glad you had a good night liz can't believe the girls stayed awake! Joshua was in bed at usual time cos we didn't do anything this year.

I seem to miss violet more too when she's not here, it's very rare that she's not, but I know what you mean, it's cos they're now such a pleasure to have, some times, that they're just too cute to be parted from!

Violets got this croaky little voice just lately, if I tel her off, or ask her not to do something she's looks all heartbroken, waves her arms and says 'my not naughty mummy' :D it's just so damn cute!!!

Bit unreasonable of your friends to be like that at new year!! Are they childless? Explains slot in some people!

Yes childless Liz, both of them have problems in that dept, got their appt mid jan. Personally I don't think they should have kids. She's a depressive and doesn't work which doesn't help and he travels a lot (just been away for 8 weeks).

When I tell Euan off he comes to me and bows his head down and says soy mummy (sorry mummy) and gives me a cuddle. Hence the not going to get annoyed with him so much, he doesn't mean it.

Joshua tells me he's a naughty boy all the time lol!! I ask him if he's going to be a good boy and he says 'no Joshie a naughty boy' and then tells me why he's being a naughty boy.
He smacked my friend earlier so I put him on the naughty chair and made him apologise to her after.

Random but are your monsters mean to daddy? Joshua goes mad if nick comes anywhere near me. If he cuddles me Joshua runs up to him and pushes him away shouting 'go away daddy' and then cuddles me like mad.

Ha ha, no Euan loves his daddy as much as me . If we cuddle up, he wants to join in not push us apart. I think though it's because we're at home and both see him as much as each other.

Oooo haven't tried a naughty thing yet like a naughty step, I don't think he's stay ha ha!

And make sure he doesn't get off. He doesn't understand that if he gets off the time would have to start again.
It works great tho. If you say 'don't do that it you will go on the naughty chair' 9/10 he stops doing whatever it is you told him off for.

I don't think violet notices if me and Chris are affectionate, it rarely happens!! Hah a Joshua must see you as his own and no one else's! Hell have to get rid of that idea in the next few days ;D

I've been to meadowhall today. My god it was madness, not helped by violet bolting out the pushchair every 2 mins and running as far as her little legs can carry her. I'm sure people were looking at me shouting her down the shops!!! Never mind, I'm sure they've all been there.
