dd1 (nearly 3) and night time nappies or not?

dd1 (who will be three next month) has been dry in the day for a good while now, very reliable and doesn't need reminding. No accidents, incredibly. A week or so ago, she said she wanted to wear her pants at night i9nsterad of a pull up - I was happy because her pull up has been dry in the mornng for a while, thought I sometimes have to get her the potty about 4 am but hey ho I am usually feeding dd2 anyway Smile.
well ast night she wet the bed Sad she didn't seem particularly upset but said that she'd 2spilled her drink" and that I was changing her pj bottoms because "they didn't match the top..."
so - what should I do tonight? insist on wearing a nappy? I am not particularly bothered about her being dry just yet, but I don't want her getting anxious.
help please Smile
