Stories of unashamed loving much appreciated!

I love my 10 month daughter so much that when she goes to bed I sit around watching movies of her because I miss her.

I love her so much that when she smiles just for me I feel like telling everybody.

I love her so much that I have nightmares about her being taken away from me all the time.

I love her so much that sometimes she'll be in the middle of playing with something and I'll just have to pick her up and give her a huge hug and cover her with kisses.

ARGH I don't care who hears it and thinks I'm being pfb or silly, I love my daughter so much it hurts!

My toddler is currently emptying everything out of my wallet AND putting it all back again!

He's off nursery today because of a cough and sore throat, and I just want to spend the entire day snuggling and kissing him :)

I love my kids 0.8 PETERS, where a PETER is the standard unit of massive kid love. None can compare with the original Andre.

I love DS so much, I just stare at him sometimes. His big green/blue eyes with their long lashes, his chubby rosy cheeks. Oh, I love him. :)

Peter "I love my kids" Andre.

He is well known for saying it at every opportunity. Nothing wrong with that of course but for him to be known more for that than anything else - well, it shows he says it a lot

haha thanks for the cuppa! I've had three massive glasses of coffee this morning and I'm a bit annoyed because I could be having a nap with my very lovely daughter but I'm too buzzed. I've left her with my boyfriend, snoring all over each other.

sometimes my daughter pulls this cheesey grin and scrunches up her eyes. I call it her Chinese Face.

Yes, I know I'm being all wet and pathetic but I don't care. This is the thread to let loose with your true feelings about your kiddies.

Actually I still feel a bit embarrassed for going on about her but I'm trying to suppress it so that I can sing about her.

I need a forum all to myself, don't I?

Ha ha no I'm exactly the same about my beautiful baby girl. She's 9 months old and asleep in my lap right now. Her giggle is the best sound in the world!

I know the feeling when they're so little. It doesn't go away either :)

Mine are 2 & 3.5 and I swear I have resist the urge to kiss their little faces flat almost all day (I don't always manage to resist...)

The little one is cuddly & smiley and is getting used to talking with a lisp (oh my heart) and he's the most adorable little thing, I can't bear it. He calls me 'my Mummy' all the time instead of just plain Mummy & it's my favourite thing ever.

The eldest is a little harder to please, he's very intelligent & knows what he wants. I'm so proud of him I want to tell everyone the things he can do and everything he says but don't because that's annoying right? We quote films & laugh together, argh! So gorgeous.

I love mine so much it overwhelms me and its got stronger and more overwhelming as they've got older, 4 and 7 now and my sun rises and sets with them.

Even though they are little horrors monkeys from time to time.

Lovely thread- even with the PA diversion Smile. My love for my DD fills my chest and makes me want to burst. I cannot contain the kisses either and often remind myself that probably why I catch every cold! She's 2.3 and soo cuddly. She's getting more and more affectionate as she's growing up. I also love the random descriptions of things. Cardigans are camels and I think bridges are crocodiles as she's started noticing crocodiles everywhere on journeys then saying Mummy crocodile gone etc.

Mine is currently doing her first morning at nursery and I'm meant to be working but have instead spent the whole morning looking at photos of her and counting the minutes till I can go and collect her (44!). I love her so much I genuinely worry that I'm never going to do anything productive for the rest of my life because I have to stop every 30 seconds to smother her with kisses and marvel at the (still, nearly 11 months on) completely miraculous fact of her existence.

I adore my children. DD has the juiciest, fattest thighs which are a delight to me as she had such skinny chicken legs when she was born, and the robustness of her now is testament to how well she is growing. Sometimes I am genuinely scared I might eat her. She is funny and sweet and stroppy and opinionated and clever and her "cuggles" are the best in the world. Baby DS is already a chunk but such a happy boy, and his biggest smiles are for me and I have such joy when he smiles in recognition of me. Every single day I am grateful for them.

I wrote a big post about a bad dream I'd just had involving my daughter, but I've deleted it because it'll kill the thread!

Lovely to hear your stories! My daughter is sitting next to me now trilling along with music, eating a rice cake and drinking juice :)

I am jealous that my boyfriend gets the biggest smiles and excited wriggles from my daughter when she hasn't seen him all day, but only gives me a cursory glance if I haven't seen her all day.

I couldn't live without seeing them every day.
I couldn't imagine my life without them.

They are absolutely everything to me, and I will never, ever put anyone before my children, never stop loving them and i worship their very bones.

I adore them utterly and completely. And I will never, ever leave their side.

I can only live in hope that they have very happy, very healthy, very long lives with people they love and who love them.

Think that just about covers it Grin

I love mine more than Cadbury's Dairy Milk, more than cheese toasted sandwiches....even more than KFC!!! Grin

I love them so much it makes me want to cry. When I see DS1 in a school concert or sports day event I just tear up at how proud I am and how grateful I am that he's mine. He is just so yummy, funny, gentle and just wonderful.

DS2 is only 13 months but already I see glimmers of strength and his smile is absolutely gorgeous. He is hard work but he has completed our family and made me feel complete.

All I want is for them to be happy and healthy forever.
