DS won't take abidec

DS hates the taste of abidec. Can I add it to his food/milk?

I add it to milk and my DS doesn't notice. I've never been able to get him to take any vitamins directly and abidec is the only one he doesn't notice in his milk. It does say on the label to give directly but I don't see why it can't be added to a drink.

I gave this in milk, but it was difficult to get for a while so I use the NHS vitamin drops for children, also straight into milk. They're a v different flavour so may be worth a try if he still won't take the abide.

Had the same problem ... in fact, first time DD tried it she gagged and threw up her dinner.

Now we mix it into her yoghurt and she can't tell the difference.

Abided is minting! Do you not get the free Healthy Start drops? (maybe it is a local.thing).

we used to give ds abidec which he was prescribed as he was prem but they changed this to dalavit which having tasted both the dalavit is much more pleasant.

Used to mix it in with a fruit pot type thing...
