My 13 mo has never slept through but after a period of teething/cold has started screaming in the night when we put her back in her cot. She still wakes at night for a feed but it used to be 20 minutes, back to bed with no problems.
Now she can be up for 2 hours in the night, we will get her back to sleep repeatedly but as soon as she touches the mattress the screaming starts!
We had done pick up/put down which worked brilliantly with regard to putting her to bed, then we moved house and dh started letting her fall asleep on him before putting her to bed as she was unfamiliar with her surroundings.
Nighttime waking started getting worse and we re implemented pick up put down at night which seemed to work ok and she falls asleep on her own. However, she has kept the pattern of still being up for 2 hours in the night and screaming when we try to put her down.
Any advice please? I tried cc last night but DH came in and picked her up!
