Rhyme time or Baby bounce with a 7 month-old?

Any tips as to what happens at each, and which would be more age-appropriate would be helpful! Am in north London and our library offers both: RT for 'under-4s' and BB for 'under-2s'...

Tks!

Baby bounce :) (I work in a library and that's what I'd say anyway - we recommend rhyme time to about 18m+ as it's a bit more active)

Though I'm sure you'd be most welcome at either! :)

Thank you! Is BB music-y, then? (And I assume both are free?)

I guess it varies from place to place but in my county both are free, it's just half an hour of nursery rhymes with the staff sitting at the front doing the actions. About halfway through we hand out instruments. (At toddler time we read a couple of stories in the middle too)

There'll probably be a mix of traditional rhymes and some you've never heard of :o

I don't think your baby will know the difference Wink but you might find at the under-2s group they're less likely to be trampled by lively preschoolers!
