For lunch my DD eats things like:
Omelette with ham, cheese and/or whatever veg I have knocking about.
Scrambled egg and toast.
French toast.
Boiled egg and soldiers.
Cheese on toast.
Various different sandwiches, ham, tuna, cheese, peanut butter, egg etc with things like cheese cubes, cucumber, tomatoes, olives or grapes on the side.
Breadsticks, carrot and cucumber batons with houmous.
Savoury muffins.
Crackers and cheese with tomatoes and cucumber.
She also has a piece of fruit and/or a yoghurt.
For dinner she usually has what we have, unless we're having curry or something. Off the top of my head recently she's had:
Fish Pie
Spag Bol
Chilli (very mild) and rice
Stew, mash and veg
Sunday Roast dinner (chicken this week)
Salmon, new pots and veg
Chicken pie, roast potatoes and veg
Shepherds Pie
Smoked haddock, new pots and veg
Sweet and sour pork and rice
Lamb tagine
Moussaka
For puddings I make things like rice pudding and semolina in batches and freeze it, which I also do with a lot of leftovers so on the days where she can't have what we do there is always a meal there for her. Other puddings are yoghurt, or baked apple etc.
Now he is one you can pretty much give him what you are eating, just cut into pieces he can manage. The only change I have made to how I cook is I don't use salt any more as it's not good for them.
