sterilising tots bots pocket nappies ?

what do you do to sterilise?
I've a wee one who is getting terrible nappy rash no matter what I do according to their guidelines...

I don't think you can wash those types of nappies at a high enough temperature to sterilise. I would really doubt that it's the nappies themselves that are giving your little one nappy rash. How old is he/she? Could she be teething? Did you use the nappies successfully previously without a rash occurring or has it started since using those specific nappies?
