Hi my ds 2 is 3 weeks old, I had bit if baby blues as with ds1 day 4 - crying a lot, things much better until yesterday when felt really weepy again !

Now I have this anxious feeling all the time for no good reason, ds is breastfeeding well every 21/2 hours and only up twice in night for feeds, am not overly tired and can't put my finger on any particular worry I have

I was v v anxious with ds1 and looking back it spoilt a lot of 1st 6 months with him I thought 2nd time round I would be more confident, if I thought I could take something to help I would - considering trying some rescue remedy ?

Sorry this is happening to you. It can be so hard with PND. I had it with my DS but managed to hide it and know I shouldn't have done.

Please speak to either your midwife or GP about how your feeling and your concerns. There is help and support out there.

I'm being watched very carefully at the moment due to my history and my midwife has said to me baby blues should go in 10days. Anything more could mean more help is needed.

Congratulations on your new baby and good luck op.
