Was potty training easier, or harder for subsequent children?

I am just wondering whether it is going to be harder to potty train DS.
I just sat at home with DD and she had nothing else to do - basically I bored her into it!
I don't think this tactic will work with DS!

i felt it happened just the same as the first time, i found it easy both times, the only difference was that ds was at school when training dd so we had to take a portable potty on the school walk as dd wouldn't be able to hold it till we got home

I've found easier with each child but I have also done what you did with #1 with each child.
