Dry skin on head/face

My LO is 9 weeks old (2 weeks corrected as born at 33 weeks) and is suffering from dry skin on his forehead and temples. What is the best, ideally most natural, thing to use?

Olive oil.

Or hemp seed (which is less greasy)
