What time does your 7mo go to sleep and wake up?

What time does your 7month old go to sleep and wake up? What about naps? How often, how long? My DS is going through an unsettled period of sleep when he doesn't want to go to bed as he normally does at 8.30pm which I think is too late for him and he is overtired. He has 3 naps, usually, not always very long though, maybe 30minutes to an hour. He sleeps through the night.

DS is 8 months but has had the same general pattern for a while:
6.30/7am wake up
9am - nap for 45 mins to an hour
12.45 - nap for an hour to an hour 45 mins
6pm bedtime

He CAN sleep through, but is very inconsistent! He likes to keep me guessing! So he usually has about 14 hours sleep per 24 hours.

Wakes between 7-8.
Nap at about 9 - can be 40 mins, can be close to 2hrs.
1ish - nap, usually 40 mins.
Sometimes he'll do another 40 mins at about 3/4. Often he won't. If he doesn't he is usually v v ratty.
Bedtime between 6-7.

He doesn't get anywhere near "sleeping through" - generally he stirs to feed every 1-2hrly throughout the night. If I'm v lucky (once a week or so) he'll do a stretch of 3hrs at the start of the night!

My 7 mo wakes 5:30am and generally won't go back to sleep (yes, believe me I've tried everything but she's wide awake) or if I'm very lucky 6:15. First nap 9:30-10ish usually 1 hour-1.5hrs, second nap 3ish usually the same. If the morning nap has been longer the afternoon nap will be shorter and vice versa. Goes to bed 7-7:30, overnight extremely variable but usually get one or two very brief wake-ups before 10 and usually another wake-up anytime 11-1. Used to sleep through but don't think she has now for a long while.

Wakes 7-8
Nap 9/9.30 ish 30/40 mins
Nap 1ish sometimes 45 mins or if we're lucky 2 hours occasionally
Nap 4ish for 30 mins if not slept well earlier
Bed 7/7.30 mostly sleeps through

My DS is 7 months and goes to bed around 7.15pm, sleeps until around 5-6am, has a feed and then goes back to sleep until about 8-9am.

He only catnaps during the day though. Today he had a total of 19 minutes sleep and then i had to pop out so he slept for another 30 mins at around 3pm, in the car.

He has been teething and waking up a bit during the night, but it's on and off. For the last couple of nights he has slept solidly for 10+ hours and then woken up for food and gone back to sleep pretty easily. I have blackout curtains so it stays pretty dark in there,especially when the weather is overcast....

Up 7-ish
Nap 10-10.30ish for about 1.5 hours
Nap 3-3.30ish for about 45 mins
Bed 7pm

DD is 7.5mo :)
