After I had my 1st child I was motivated completely and played with him loads and read to him loads. Now I've had my 2nd child I'm so tired and when I get a spare moment I just want to sit down and relax, not get down on the floor and play, and reading books to either of them makes me SO tired, what is wrong with me!?! I feel so bad. I so badly want to play more with them and read more to them but I'm so tired that I just want to relax.

Also get your thyroid checked. Assuming no medical problem, could you put them to bed earlier in the e evening so you get a bit of me time then and move your own bedtime a bit earlier too? Is older DC in school/ nursery? If so could you have a lie down while younger naps? Or even lie down on your bed with them if they're not a good napper?
Maybe think about what time if day your energy levels are best and try to do something with them then and try quiter more sedate games or tv when you're at your most tired? Does getting out of the house ever make you feel more awake?
