Previously happy DS not settling

As the title says
DS is normally happy but has been crying and unsettled last few days.
He is 6 weeks?
Is this normal

How's his feeding and nappies? Could he have a cold?

A growth spurt is normal around six weeks, he could be hungry. If you haven't already tried it increase his feeds.
