Would appreciate a bit of perspective.
Would you consider a banana and a yogurt a suitable breakfast for a 2.5 year old?
THis is DD1's breakfast of choice. She has absolutely no interest in a cereal or toast breakfast and has to be badgered into eating it if it is offered but she will snaffle a banana and hoover a yogurt if they are offered.
I just dont feel like they are enough for a growing child to have for breakfast.
