16 wk old teething?? Help!

I thought my DD was starting with the 4 month sleep regression but after a visit from my parents this w/end (who said it looks like she's teething) and some research, I think she is.

Dribbling, rosy cheeks, ferocious finger chewing, grumpiness and sleep disturbance - argggh!

Is this a bit young, i thought it would be months! How long is it going to take to come through? I've had to give some Calpol tonight and rubbed on some teething gel too but I can't do that every day.

Any advice appreciated :) Hope it will be quick as we were in a nice routine and she was doing well sleep wise.

Not young, sounds normal.

Ds took ages for his teeth to come through. He liked to gnaw on teether you put in the freezer first.

Teething granules worked well too.

My DD started teething at about 10wks old. DH got his teeth early, so we suspected the same for her. She's nearly 30wks now, and still no teeth Sad

Hope yours come through quicker...!
