Ours had one - impossible to pedal effectively, but having said that, they both enjoyed it. Cheap & cheerful.

How old is your dc?

I'm not a fan of trikes, my ds's legs weren't long enough to pedal!

How about a balance bike? Or something like this if they're a bit young for a balance bike yet?

We started on balance bike at 2.5-3 yo. Before that they would essentially use the trike as a balance bike, due to the pedal situation. It was bought as a gift, btw.

He's a year. And it starts off as one you push them around in and then as they get older they can use it as a tri cycle
