Should I wake my baby up?

Following a mental cluster feed last night, my 3wo has slept solidly for 6 hours Grin

This is the longest she has gone between feeds - should I wake her up now?

Nah. Let sleeping babies lie! I'm sure she'll be up soon for some food.

And whoot! 6 hours sleep!

Never wake a sleeping baby!

That doesn't have jaundice and has regained birthweight.

Back to bed for you OP! Smile

Wow that's brilliant. She'll probably wake soon but very hungry. Are you bf? Cause I used to have to put mine stealthy quick on the boob or she sort of forgot how to latch in her hunger.

Can't say I've ever had that problem...[not at all jealous]

I woke her up after 7 hours in the end. She fed and had been asleep ever since again Hmm

Oh and please don't be too jealous - she was screaming/feeding from 9pm-1:30am last night Grin

Noooo - once DD I got the hang of cluster feeding she used to feed every hour in the evenings til 11pm and then sleep til 7/8 am. I never woke her, she did that herself when she wanted more food. She would feed every four to six hours in the day, then hammer it in the evenings and sleep all night.

The first time she did it I felt like a new woman! Grin

She has slept brilliantly ever since. At 14 months she sleeps til 8.30 every day, and once a week or so sleeps til 9.30. I never wake her up because it works out well for me when I want a lie in hehehe.
