What time does your 14month(ish) go to bed?

My DS has had a pretty strict routine with bedtime since he was 9weeks. Bath at 6 and bed by 7. He has never been amazing sleeper but we did go through a short phase of him going 7-7. He has now started waking earlier again (5am - urghhh!) and this time I can't blame the sunrise.

My childminder has suggested that 7pm is a early bedtime and that we should try pushing it later.

What time does your little'un bed down?

6.30-6.45pm , same as most people I know, he's sleeps til 6.15am/6.30am, usually wakes during the night but improving. He used to wake at 4.30/5am and making his bedtime later didn't make him awake later, he just ended up getting less sleep.

Ds goes up for his bath sometime between 7-730, and is normally asleep by about 8/8.15. He wakes anytime between about 6.30 and 7.30.

My DS (14 months) is the same as most kids of that age I know - bedtime is around 7ish. We usually start bath at 6.45, then story, milk and asleep in bed by 7.15 or so.

He wakes between 6.30 and 7, usually, though we've gone through horror patches of waking at 5. Bedtime doesn't seem to make much difference to those - we tried the technique of waking him slightly before 5 and then helping him settle back down, which surprisingly really worked well.

DS 18mo goes to bed at 8. He's usually up at 7.30am. Still wakes up a couple of times a night depending on teething / colds. He has a nap in the day around 12.30pm, usually about 2 hours (I wake him up if he's still asleep after 2 hrs).

This suits our schedule quite well as we have dinner as a family at 7pm, and DH and I run business from home so don't have to get up ridiculously early for work.

My 14 month old has quite a flexible bedtime - anywhere between 7pm and 8.30pm depending on when she napped and how long for.

She wakes up around 8/8.30 every day and naps about 2pm for between 20 mins and 1.5 hours. Some days she naps later and so goes to bed later, other days she naps at 2pm for 20 mins, or doesn't nap at all - and those days she goes to bed at 7pm.

She's always been a really good night sleeper, she went through from five weeks - but on the flip side she has never been a big napper.

14mo ds goes to bed between 6.30-7pm. Recently started waking again at night, bit of a nightmare but hopefully a phase which will pass soon... Wakes at 6.30am since the effing clocks went back.
