best way to strip wash bamboo nappies?

i'm using bamboozle stretches and easy fits, whats the best way to strip wash them and would it be really that bad to use the dishwasher tablet method as that seems to be easiest but ive read some people be cautious about this with bamboo.

Hi, I strip wash using dishwasher tablets and use Bamboozles, easyfits and bamboo boosters and so far haven't had any problems

Did get told by both Tots Bots and The Nappy Lady not to use white vinegar or bicarb, but I do sometimes.

Another method Ive just started using is this:

2x cold rinses
2x 60deg washes with no detergent then
1x 60deg wash with half a dose of detergent.
