Keeping baby's feet warm?

I've been our with ds2 in the sling today, he's 23 weeks. He was in a snow suit as it's 5 degrees here. The snow suit doesn't have feet so I kept my hands on them but what do you put on babies feet to keep them warm? Booties?! And where do u buy them?

Marks and spencer had some fleece lined suede booties,,,

My DS wore big wooly tights all through his first winter (they don't fall off every 5 mins!). Chunky socks over the top. I also bought myself a jacket from one of the cheaper outdoorsy places. It was 2 sizes too big and zipped it up over us both - but not covering his head/face. We're in Scotland though and it was a very cold year!

I had this problem - I bought some waterproof, padded sock type things from an outdoor shop. They were brilliant.

DS never needed more than a fleece all in one when in the sling as he and I stayed superwarm, but did need something on his feet, so had some fluffy monster feet bootie things. Little Trekkers have loads of super warm bootie things that look like they'll stay on

Thank you, that littletrekkers link is just what I'm after. Can't believe I had him on the beach in just socks today. Will be spending some cash at little Trekkers to get him kitted out!

tights and a pillowcase (a bit like a pushchair toe cozy).
