Just put the boys to bed. As a 'treat' after dinner they had some (tinned Blush) rice pudding - first time they've ever tried it - but was on offer in town today so couldn't resist.

DS1 (5) has just said, while lying in his bed "thankyou for the rice pudding, it was really yummy. It'll make me and Tongai grow big and strong like daddy".

"Yes" said I, smiling happily that he'd enjoyed it..............he then continued............

"you're not strong though mummy" Grin Shock!

My gem today was...

"Mum, I sneezed on the wall when I had cereal in my mouth so I got the brush and swept it off".

I'm trying to be positive so gave 10 out of 10 for domesticity.

I guess you go and get the other tin and eat the lot and be strong by morning. I'm looking to see if I have one cos I feel the need for strength myself.

Just cos you said on offer. In my house that means you end up with at least two of everything and if its rubbish you keep it in the cupboard until harvest festival time (cira 1981).

We always get two of everything. And its generally shite (DTs)!!!!!!1 Grin
