Hi,

My 5 week old DS will be 10 weeks at Christmas. Lots of people are asking me for present ideas...does anyone have any recommendations of what would be good for him at around this age?

Thanks! xxx

Ask for toys for when he is a bit bigger perhaps? If some people get you 6m+ toys then you'll have some stuff to put away for in a few months time.

Money for he savings account.

Some 'that's not my....' books will be good for the future, ditto duplo or happy land things.

My baby likes those lamaze toys that you can hang from the play gym, the car seat handle or the buggy. They would be good at 10 weeks and also still good later on. but there are only so many small baby toys that you need.

If they all got you vouchers you could put them towards something big like a jumperoo for when he is 4+ months.

Those link things are good. Like the ones to hang in a playgym but lots of them. Musical instruments for banging around when he gets older.

We got DD a projection lamp at that age. It projected moving stars on her ceiling. It was 2nd hand for a tenner - not sure how much it'd cost new. She's 18mo and still loves it.
