Should I be worried about this letter?

DD1 is 4yr old and in Reception class. Received a letter today from Child and Family Health Services Team saying that they will be visiting us at home next week because of 'health and wellbeing'. I'm wondering why as I don't think this is a routine visit?
She has a purple bruise on her chin courtesy of her little sister. Could it be because of that?

Probably not that or they would say its for an initial assessment and say they had concerns. Is she under or overweight or not eating or going to school dirty

No she's a good weight, is clean and doing really well at school. She has eczema which the school know about but otherwise she's very healthy.
