And if so, how much for a totsbots size 3 and a motherease wrap (think I need large but not sure?)

I am boosting ds's nighttime nappy with a cotton bottoms (cos I was given a bagful by a friend!) but only have one size 3 so need another as I only wash every other day. And I need another wrap as I only have one larger one and ds has very chubby legs!!
