We have a wonderful nanny for our 18mo DD but are struggling to afford her at the moment due to cashflow issues (self-employed). If we can find another family, we can each pay £5ph which is comparable to nursery but with LOADS more one-to-one time and visits to local parks etc.
We have her for half days on Mondays and Tuesdays. If anyone else is seeking a part-time nanny in Glasgow southside, please PM me!
