whereabouts in the UK are you? Otherwise specific recommendations are a bit pointless, but general features I like are
well lit
clean
a good range of ability areas so DS (3) and DD (1) can both enjoy themselves
Half decent and not exorbitant food available
extra stuff going on for free for toddlers during school hours
