Suitable birthday present for 7 yr old daughter

Our DD will shortly turn 7 and neither she nor we have any idea what to get her as a present. I was hoping for inspiration from parents of other 7 yr old girls out there. She has a bike and a scooter and loves cooking, dancing and information books ( of which she has many). Her abiding passion is animals. Over the years she has received Lego, Sylvanians, HappyLand and shown no more than a passing interest. We do not have a games console and she shows no sign of wanting one. What she really wants is her own dog( we already have the family pooch with whom she has a mutually adoring relationship) but now is just not a good time for our family to introduce another member and small caged animals are not for us.
Any sensible ideas for under £100 would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in anticipation.

An iPod? Good for audiobooks and music.

A fancy day out with Mum and a few friends?

Clothes?

Try something new? E.g. Horse riding lessons?

Are there cooking school experiences for children?

Show in the West End?

Tickets for the Royal Ballet/National Ballet?

I bought ds2 a silicone baking set which was reasonably cheap and really good fun. Hama beads are good ds's and Dneice have had many hours of fun. Badge making set - again hours of fun.
