Parents with ADHD: What do you take?

Since Adderall isn't available in the EU, what do parents with ADHD take? What works the best, and what is covered by the NHS?

I take concerta 2x 18mg

My friend has ADD and takes Concerta XL, previously took Adderall XR when she lived in America.
