had csection june 9th 2012 and still no period not breast feeding and took 3 pregnancy test

i took an ovulation test to see if i was ovulating to see if iwas going to get a period anytime soon, and it said i was? and i had unprotected sex. i have an apointment with my GC if i got conceived last night will they be able to tell on october 26th?

Unlikely that a pregnant test will be accurate 11 days after conception. If you are not sure about your cycles I wouldn't test for at least 14 days.

i havent had a period since before i had my child june 9th 2012

Seriously though...

If BFN result and still no period, get your thyroid checked (ask for a blood test). My periods took about 4 months to come back after I stopped bfing btw.
