The school run is a complete nightmare - in the mornings we are late 3 out of 5 days and on the after school pick up DD is a pain. She doesn't want to stay near me and wait for DS instead she runs up and down --driving me nuts--.
She spends a lot of time in an imaginary land. Sad

Ah yes the school run, I hate it. I think most parents do. It is the monotony of doing it twice a day... And then of course getting home after school to do drudge work like cooking, cleaning, homework, bathtime, bedtime...
