Chairs for six month old?

Hi everyone!

Sorry if this is the wrong section, still figuring out where everything is! :D

My six month old loves her bouncer but its time to retire it since she is nearly too heavy for it. She loves rocking it herself and the danglies on the top.

Are there any similar type chairs that are designed for older babies? She has a highchair with recline and adjustable height but when she's in it she tries to rock it and looks so disappointed, bless her! She has a jumperoo too but she tends to get a bit bored in it and it's not somewhere where I can leave her to have a little relax.

Any ideas would be great thanks!

Whoops, just to clarify, I don't mean leave as in abandon her, I mean as in somewhere for her to sit safely while I pop to the loo or wash up etc lol!

My PIL have got a chair for DS at their house - it starts off as a baby chair but lasts til they are toddlers, has dangly bits and can be a rocker or have stable legs... think it is a fisher price one.

Plus a basic baby gym like this one that you could add your own toys to/swap them around etc Ours was the type of one that was around in the 80's!

Wow, thanks for the quick replies! OH is in love with that baby bjorn one now I've shown him it! Does it bounce still when an older baby is using it or does it become a still chair? I'm struggling to find that part in the description argh lol!

They can still bounce it. Once they are old enough you take off the crotch strap and they can get in and out themselves

It has 3 positions, 1 very upright and 2 recline ones.

Bumbo with table to put toys on. Invaluable when they can't sit up themselves yet. Also for limiting the splat radius once weaning...

If you're doing stuff in same room, high chair so they can be at your height and see you.
