Best way to prepare a 4yr old for moving?

Not sure if I've posted in the right place.

We moved to our current home when DD was 1.5, she is now 4.5 (5 in feb) and has been in nursery for 2.5hrs a day, and started reception a fortnight ago. This monday she'll be going to reception all day.

I'm currently pregnant so we need to move to a bigger house and the opportunity has just arrived.

Any idea's on how to prepare DD for changing schools and leaving friends she's made would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance

I would go to the library - I remember a very good story about it but unfortunately not the name of the book.

DN (5) moved schools with a days notice due to her mum falling and having to go stay with my mum (her gran) she hardly batted an eyelid after the stay and the new school being much better my sister decided to move to the area perm and again DN just took it in her stride. I think at that age they just go with it.
