Baby has a cold - sleeping more

Is this common/okay? Dd is 10 months and sleeps 11 hrs at night and one 2-2.5 hr nap in the afternoon. She has a temp and runny nose etc and seems o be sleeping more. Do I need to be concerned? Does this count as "excessively sleepy/drowsy"?

You would take to your bed if you felt rubbish too! Calpol or baby nurofen for temp and let her sleep. Hope she feels better soon x

DS does this too, I think it's pretty normal, saving up their energy to fight the bug/wiped out from the cold. He does it when he's having a growth spurt too. Just keep an eye on his temperature, give him calpol and plenty of fluids. Hope he feels better soon!
